徐斌
教授,博士生导师

徐斌,湖南宁乡人,本硕博均毕业于河海大学水文学及水资源专业。现为河海大学教授,博士生导师,水文水资源学院副院长,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者,中国气象局水文气象重点开放实验室副主任,河海大学淮河研究中心副主任,国际水电学会(IHA)新兴发展中国家委员。水利部水工程调度专班核心成员,入选江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师,江苏省“十佳研究生导师团队”骨干成员,河海大学首批“大禹学者”。兼任中国自然资源学会水资源专业委员会委员,中国水力发电工程学会水电与新能源运行管理专委会委员。任Water Resources Research、Journal of Hydrology、Applied Energy等十余个水文水资源领域权威SCI期刊特邀审稿人。2013-2014年获国家留学基金委全额资助赴美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)公派留学,2014年协助UCLA与河海签订建立河海大学-美国加州大学洛杉矶分校3+1+1本硕培养项目。长期面向水库群多目标智慧调度、国家水网水资源高效利用、水风光储多能互补调控、数字孪生流域及水工程调度决策支持系统等国际前沿问题与热点方向开展创新性研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划课题专题、中国博士后科学基金(面上/特别资助)、国家重点实验室开放基金等科研项目20余项;发表学术论文90余篇(含发表于Water Resources Research、Journal of Hydrology、Applied Energy等水资源、水文、能源领域TOP刊源SCI期刊论文50余篇),授权20余项国家专利。服务国家重大战略,参与研发的水工程群调度决策支持系统支撑了三峡梯级、南水北调东线等60余座重大水利枢纽的调度管理,获中国大坝工程学会科技进步一等奖等多项科技奖项;研究成果中的模型模块被美国华盛顿大学、美国太平洋西北国家实验室(PNNL)等知名研究机构使用并开源推广。在教学及教研方面,主讲课程《水库群优化调度》获2022年全国水利类专业青年教师讲课竞赛二等奖;参与水利类专业培养体系改革实践,获得国家级教学成果二等奖、江苏省教学成果特等奖等教学奖项。
