徐斌,博士,青年教授,博士生导师,水资源研究所所长,江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师、江苏省“十佳研究生导师团队”河海大学水资源大系统多尺度预报与协同调控团队成员,河海大学首批“大禹学者”。主要研究水资源合理配置与高效利用、水电站群多目标调度风险评估与决策,水风光新能源多能互补调控等。担任《Water Science and Engineering》期刊副主编、《南水北调与水利科技》编委、国家自然科学基金网评专家;Water Resources ResearchJournal of HydrologyApplied Energy等多个国际SCI期刊特邀审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划课题专题、中国博士后科学基金(面上/特别资助)、国家重点实验室开放基金等多项科研项目;发表学术论文90余篇(含发表于Water Resources ResearchJournal of HydrologyApplied Energy等水资源、水文、能源领域权威SCI期刊论文50余篇),授权20余项国家专利获江苏省教学成果特等奖、大禹水利科学技术进步二等奖等奖项。
